  • Availability:

    • Limited Time Only: Available from November 9 through December 25th, while supplies last.

     

    • Limited Quantities: Once each character-themed box sells out, it will not be restocked this season. Order early to secure your box!

  • Product Details:

    • Includes 20 Holiday-Themed Cones (Sugar Cones): Each box comes with 20 decorated cones in festive character themes, including Santa, Snowman, Reindeer, and more. Cones May differ from photo images 

     

    • Price: $200 per box, including delivery within San Diego County.

     

    • Customization: Holiday Cone Wonderland boxes are pre-designed with character themes and cannot be customized.

  • Delivery:

    • Delivery Area: Available for delivery within San Diego County only.

     

    • Delivery Timing: Please select a delivery date that is at least 24 hours from your order time. 

     

    • Holiday Season Only: We cannot hold or delay deliveries beyond the holiday season timeframe. Orders placed for delivery within the holiday season are final.

  • Order Terms:

    • All Sales Final: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

     

    • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and delivery date.

     

    • Order Changes: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

    • Optimal Serving Conditions: For the best texture and flavor, allow the cones to rest at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes before serving.

     

    • Consumption Timeline:

      • Best Enjoyed Fresh: For the best experience, enjoy your cones within 1-2 days of delivery. The product is perishable and is designed to be enjoyed fresh.

     

    • Shelf Life: Cones stored in the refrigerator can remain fresh for up to 3 days. However, we recommend enjoying them sooner to fully appreciate their flavor and texture.
